Approaching 40, a father of two daughters aged 15 and 17, and 20 years sober.

 

I have overcome and achieved many things during my sobriety, one being voted in the top 15 social entrepreneurs in the UK, 2018.

I am a keen runner, jump in ice baths often and care about the world. My personal mission is to bring hope. I was once hopeless, but now I am hopeful and wish to bring what I have learnt so far to others. 

 

I have created a realistic, suggested way of living which I am now sharing with the world centred around; MOVEMENT, CONNECTION and REFLECTION
